Mapadore’s Winter ‘19 Release has arrived introducing some features that have been requested by many users: the Smart Check-In and Smart Filters.
In this new release, Mapadore aims to
- improve real-time appointments management for agents and sales reps
- improve maps’ visualization and make the information contained in them smarter
The Smart Check-In feature introduces the ability to quickly and simply record feedback of a business meeting once it ends, directly from the Mapadore app on mobile devices.
Once the meeting is completed, just enter the event through the Mapadore app and select “Check-In”.
The app will show a dedicated section that allows leaving feedback about the meeting based on the stages that most represent your business process (e.g. Won, Lost, Next Step, Appointment deleted by the customer, etc.).
This feature significantly reduces the time between the end of the appointment and writing the report of the appointment, as well as making an action that would be complex on the move, easier and immediate.
Smart Filters are a useful feature for those who need to filter out map views and lists of potential customers. With the implementation of Smart Filters, you can set the most useful filters related to your business and use them whenever needed.
Thanks to the Smart Nearby digital agent, implemented since the first release, you can see the list of customers and prospects directly on the map, sorted by different parameters (e.g. distance from the starting point, best slot time to meet them and economic value of the opportunity).
With the addition of Smart Filters, you can order your customer list based on filters that you have decided to set.

The new Mapadore release will be immediately available to all future new users.
If you are already a Mapadore user, you will not automatically see the new release, but you will have to download it from the Salesforce AppExchange.
